Kids Lessons | Swim 101

In our Swim 101 lessons, we begin with basic swimming skills for children. Face down in the water, they’ll learn about self-immersion, breath control, front and back kicks, and freestyle paddling.

The Power Swimr is a device that aids in the development of confidence in our small children while they’re swimming. A scared youngster is more likely to understand what’s explained to him or her. This gadget adjusts to your child’s skill level by removing foam layers until they are comfortable, providing only enough support for them on their daring leaps of faith.

Children may begin with Swim Strokes 201 if they can swim 15 meters unaided and breathe naturally.
