Find Your LevelOur low ratio swim lessons with no more than 3 to 4 students per instructor, allows for a more personalized and individualized approach to teaching, as the instructor is able to give each student more attention and focus on their specific needs and abilities.
Semi-private swim lessons (2 to 1 ratio) are a great option for those who want more personalized instruction and can be a good option for families or friends who want to learn together. These types of lessons also provide a supportive and social learning environment, as students can motivate and encourage each other during their lesson.
Private swim lessons are delivered in a one-on-one setting. These lessons are tailored specifically to the needs and goals of each individual student, and allow for a more personalized and focused learning experience. Private swim lessons can be a great option for people who are new to swimming, or who want to improve their technique and stroke efficiency.

Introduce your little one to the water in a safe and enjoyable way! Our classes are specifically designed for young children under the age of 3, and are a great way to introduce young swimmers to submerging, breath control, kicking on both the front and back, and underwater swimming.
We recommend starting your little one as early as four months old to build confidence in and around the water.
Once they reach the age of three, they can graduate into our Swim 101 program.
(03 - 07 years)
Our Swim 101 classes provide the foundation for your child to become a confident and independent swimmer. These lessons are designed for students who are new to swimming, or who have limited experience in the water. They may also be suitable for children who have a fear of the water, or who have not had the opportunity to learn how to swim before. Important skills they will learn include self-submersion, breath control, front and back kicks, modified treading water, and freestyle swimming with their face in the water.
For our more anxious students, we use the Power Swimr to help build their confidence in the water. This tool is designed to adapt to your child’s skill level by removing foam layers to give them the perfect amount of support they need to take the plunge.
Once students can swim 15m with breath control, and without a floatation device, they will be ready to move on to Swim Strokes 201.
(06 -08 years)
Swim Strokes 201 takes your child from a novice paddler to a proficient swimmer. This program is designed for swimmers who have already mastered the basics of swimming and are looking to improve their skills and techniques. These lessons typically focus on refining strokes, increasing endurance, and introducing more advanced techniques such as flip turns while also teaching your child the basics of the flutter kick, backstroke, and freestyle (front crawl) with side breathing.
Once they have mastered these fundamentals, children can progress to Advanced Swim Strokes 301, which requires them to be able to swim 20 meters of freestyle with side breathing and 20 meters of backstroke.
(07+ years)
Advanced Swim Strokes 301 provides your child with the opportunity to take their abilities to the next level and also learn the proper techniques for breaststroke and butterfly. Through precise instruction and specialized drills, students develop the muscle memory necessary to master these advanced strokes. Additionally, these lessons focus on refining and perfecting stroke technique, building endurance, and introducing more challenging strokes and skills while helping your child to gain the confidence and strength needed for competitive swimming or lifeguard training.
Upon completion of this program, your child will be able to swim an 80m individual medley, consisting of 20m of each stroke: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
(07+ years)
Our Power Swim I focuses on the technique for front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke arms with flutter kick, and dolphin kick with proper breathing. In each session, students will swim approximately 800 to 1000 meters. During the initial classes, the majority of drills will be geared towards improving swimmers’ stroke technique; endurance training will be gradually incorporated into each class while adhering to the progression principle. Upon successful completion of this level, students will be able to progress to Power Swim II.
(09+ years)
Power Swim II continues to improve swimmers’ technical skills, focusing on complex strokes such as butterfly. Endurance training is the primary focus at this level, while we add an element of speed swimming for an extra challenge. Diving from a diving board is another skill we work on during Power Swim II, and for those who love back crawl, we also teach backstroke starts. We provide detailed breakdowns of breaststroke and butterfly to help swimmers become more efficient in the water and prepare them for competitive teams.
