All our swim classes follow all Public Health recommendations.
What Do We do to Keep you Safe?
Staggered classes times: classes are 25 minutes. This allows additional time for our families to exit the water and receive feedback from our instructors without coming in close contact with the following class
Class Sizes: All our classes are private or semi-private classes (2:1 student to instructor ratio)
Bather loads: All pools follow bather load capacity restrictions given by public health recommendations
No Contact Covid-19 Screening: through our Covid-19 app, all our instructors are required to fill out a Covid-19 screening before each shift
PPE and Sanitization: All Aqua Life instructors are required to wear a facemask when outside of the pool, and a face-shield when teaching classes. Sanitizers are available throughout our locations
Equipment cleaning and sanitization: All equipment used during lessons will be cleaned between classes and at the end of each shift
Additional Staff training: All our staff received additional training on following our Covid-19 protocols focusing on modified class delivery (no contact classes), and sanitization and cleaning of equipment.
What Do We Need You to Do?
Face Covering: facemasks, or a face covering are mandatory while on the pool deck. Masks/face covering can be removed when entering the water. Masks must be worn as soon as swimmers exit the water and they must be worn on the pool deck and in the change rooms at all times.
Come ready to swim: All swimmers should be ready to jump in the water, and have their bathing suits already on.
Only one parent per family: we are allowing only one parent or guardian per family to attend classes for swimmers under 18 years old, to reduce the number of people on the pool deck at any given time. No additional spectators permitted.
Changing rooms: One Aqua Life family at a time is allowed in the changing rooms.
No Contact Covid-19 Screening: through our Covid-19 app, all our clients are required to fill out a Covid-19 screening before each class
Social distancing protocols: all clients are required to keep at least 6ft distance from all people in the pool area. Chairs, if available, will be placed so that social distancing can be easily maintained on the pool deck. Some locations will have the deck closed for viewing, and parents will have to wait outside of the area.
Covid-19 Color Zones Guidance and Class Delivery
