Parents and Tot Indoor Swim lessons

Your baby is safe in the water as our child-centered initial lesson, which is made to introduce little swimmers to submersion, kicking on both front and back in underwater swimming, and breath control. We provide warm water and a salt-water pool environment so they can enjoy swimming and know about both types of water. In this way, the baby is aware of the basics; they will feel fear when going into the water and learning the basics. We suggest you start your baby as early as four months old to generate comfort in and around the pool. Kids graduate into our swim 101 program when they are three years old.

Swim 101

On our swim 101 based on the framework in which they can learn to swim on their own. The vital expertise the children above three years old learn is self-submersion and breath control, front and back kicks, and accessible style swimming with their face in the water. In addition, we have our swim 101 students below the age of six utilize a power swimmer to develop confidence in the water—a kid who is scared and has a not proper mindset to learn swimming.

This tool helps your kid adapt to level via the removal of foam layers to give just the proper amount of assistance they require to become powerful and not get afraid. Kids graduate into swim strokes 201 when they are capable of swimming 15-meter breathing as needed without the device of floatation; if you are living in another location in Canada and want to enroll in where Canada Indoor Swim Lessons for Kids and Adults are available Ottawa Canada, Kanata Canada, Orleans Canada, Kingston Canada, Oshawa Canada, Burlington Canada, and Ontario Canada.

Swim Strokes 201

Your kid progresses from being a beginning paddler to a technical swimmer in Swim Strokes 201. From this program, your child will learn the essentials of the flutter kick, full backstroke with an arm motion, and freestyle front crawl with side breathing. It is where students pick up primary expertise that will help them swim competitively or for long distances in the future.

Children who can swim 20 meters freestyle with side breathing and 20 meters backstroke advance to Advanced Swim Strokes 301. Until here, kids learn all the basics of swimming; they can now understand the advance. Now they are not afraid while going in the water, and after learning these strokes in the future, they can handle them if they want to participate in competitions or take part in school competitions. It is where the interest is developed, and they can become the champion in the future.

Advanced Swim Strokes 301

Your kid will be capable of doing proper breaststroke and butterfly stroke in Advanced Swim Strokes 301. Through precise instruction and specialized drills, students develop the muscle memory necessary to master these complex strokes. Additionally, we practice freestyle and backstroke. As a result, your kid will gain the strength, breathing, and self-assurance needed for competitive swimming or lifeguard training at Indoor swim lessons.

Children continue in this program until they can swim an 80-meter individual medley, which consists of twenty meters of each of the four swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). So it is how your kids become advanced in swimming in four programs and know about all the swim strokes. Moreover, it is also good for the health of the kids.
